Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscribed content until the end of your billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Full Refunds: If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of purchase and have not accessed any premium content, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: If you cancel after accessing premium content, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for cancellations made after the first 7 days of subscription.

3. Automatic Renewals

  • All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • If you do not wish to continue, please cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

4. Exceptional Cases

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent access to subscribed content, contact our support team for a resolution or a possible refund.
  • Refunds may be issued in cases of accidental duplicate subscriptions.
